Holotype, MCZ 3531 (male I).
Type Locality.--
St. Johns River, Hawkinsville, 1 mile (1.6 km) upstream frombridge at Crow's Bluff, between Eustis and Deland), Lake County, Florida.
Range.--
East of St. Johns River and all of peninsular Florida in and south of Levy and Marion counties; also present on some of the Keys.
DISTRIBUTION*: , FL
Habitat.--
Lentic and lotic situations and burrows.
